Things I Love About My Home: The Fruits

Posted by Unknown at Friday, March 30, 2012 0 comments
This is the St. Lucian flag. For information on the flag click here.
By my home I mean my place of birth, St. Lucia. There's no place like home and mine is "Simply Beautiful". I know this is said alot but there is no other place in the world I'd rather be that here. The surf, the sun, the people, they all make this little slice of paradise the gem that it is and I want to share that with you guys.

Therefore, I have started this series to share my home with you. Today we start with fruits. The examples below are only a few produced by our rich, volcanic soil.

Images provided by Google.

Enjoy!

The Fruits

Refreshing Coconuts. In the green state, the water is a great drink on a hot day and the "jelly", a wonderful snack. The older version of the fruit, seen below, has a delicious milk which is used to make coconut oil and tasty meals. The grated inner fruit is used in deserts like eg. cakes.

Juicy Mangoes. Ripe or green, these are delicious. Green, they make great juice beverage. I love to sprinkle a little salt on the half ripe product.
Succulent Golden Apples. These make the most delicious jams and juices. I love to eat the raw fruit as well.
Above is what we call plums. There are two versions to this, the red and yellow. They make great jams and are delicious eaten raw.

This is Soursop. The white flesh can be used to make ice-creams and yummy juices.
These are called ackees. Ah, I love, love, love these. I have no idea if you can make a juice out of these but they are perfect the way they are.
Banana. The green fruit is used to make salads, in soups and "one pots". Ripe, it can be eaten raw but can be used to make cakes, shakes, pudding, etc.
Breadfruit. The raw product does not taste very good but boiled, fried or roasted, this is great.
Star Fruit. I don't like the raw version of this fruit very much but the juice is wonderful.
Paw Paw. Very nutritious, all you have to do is scoop the seeds out of the center to enjoy the tangy, sweet flavor of this fruit.
Guavas. These make great juices, jams and jellies.
Passion Fruit. Eating this in its raw form can be tedious with all the tiny seeds but the juice is great.
These are sugar apples. They have a sweet, milky taste.
Wax Apple. They have a nice light sweet flavor and are great in vinaigrette salads.
Cocoa. The seeds are used to make chocolate.

The Look

From across the room
Cat eyes devour me
Tempt me
Coy, yet wanton
Her gaze reveals secrets as old as time

She turns to leave
Her eyes beckon me
I follow
How could I not?

The sway of her hips hypnotize
Shadows hide our escape
She looks up at me
Shy, innocent
Brazen, alluring
An addictive combination

My arms pull her closer
She holds me tighter
Before her lashes conceal
Her message unmistakable
“F@#k me!”

Erotic Poetry: Stormy Night

Posted by Unknown at Tuesday, March 27, 2012 0 comments

Here is another poem. Caution: Beware that panties may spontaneously combust after this read. LOL

Kidding. But this does have a PG-something rating.
Enjoy!!

Stormy Night

Outside,
Thunder rumbles in the distance
Dramatic flashes of lightning
Rain lashes at the window
Furious and magnificent

Inside,
A sensual storm rivals in intensity
In the cradle of my thighs you lay
Thrusting, stroking deep and strong
I clutch at you
Your back a testament to my desperation
My back arches
My desire to sink into you apparent
“Just like that!”

Your mouth on mine
Your taste detonates on my tongue
Tiny explosions that leave my wanting more
Dark and exotic, addictive
“Oh, yes!”

Your hand on my breast
Kneading and plucking
My stiff nipples beg for your adoration
“Please!”

As the storm builds
I reach that mysterious peak
Higher and higher, closer and closer
“Oh God!”

I fall into oblivion
You follow closely behind
Your groans music to my ears
We shudder in the wake
Sighs floating in the air

Nature’s flashy display dies with a slight whimper,
Bested
My head cradled over your heart
The sheets tangled
And as consciousness slips away
My body lax and pliant
I smile
Satisfied,
Into the dark of night

Love Letter To Me

Posted by Unknown at Tuesday, March 27, 2012 0 comments

So….
I was bored and decided to do something instead of mope and stuff my face.
Therefore naturally there was a Google search involved! And I found an interesting suggestion- Writing a Love Letter to Myself.
I had never considered doing something like that but I figured why not? I have nothing better to do. So I present to you a love letter written to me by me.

Dear Fantastically Fabulous Me,
Let’s begin with the undeniable truth. I love you!!! Now and for always, you are my first and last love.
I realize that I may be a little hard on you sometimes but it’s only because you need that little kick in the butt to get moving once in a while. That being said, stop being so hard on yourself. Stop. Breathe. Take the day in because it just might pass you by.
When you’re feeling down, don’t fret. Hold your chin up, grit your teeth through the bull dished your way, smile at the hypocrites that try to stand in your way and don’t forget to say thank you to the ones that gave you a helping hand.
When you forget all the little things that make you special I’ll remind you. A phenomenal mom. The daughter and sister that went above and beyond. A respectful neighbor and friend. A lover that curls toes.
Even though you ate that entire bag of cookies in one go, you are still one hotttt mama!!! Every one of those life marks tell a story that encompasses the splendor that is you. And if anyone says different, give them the mental finger, put a little extra oomph in your hips and let them watch that beautiful ass as you walk away.
Life is full of trials and when you feel like shouting, “Why me?”, remember that the you you are today is a product of your past and you are pretty damn great!!!
Yours Truly,
Nacomy Blue.

Writing this made me realize that I take myself for granted sometimes. I think we all do sometimes. So I dedicate this post to celebrating what makes you and me special!

Don’t forget to comment. What makes you one of a kind?

'Til next time!

Sexy Love

Posted by Unknown at Monday, March 26, 2012 0 comments

Its been a while (not to steal Staind's title) that I've shared a poem with you guys so today I decided why not.

I have no idea what I was thinking when I wrote this but I hope you enjoy!!

Sexy Love

You step into the room
All eyes on you
Your scent wraps around me
Sinful and decadent.

You lips tip ever so slightly
A secret smile
And mine answers.

Last night
Not a distant memory
Tonight
I tingle in anticipation.

The way you wrap your hair
Roll down those thigh highs
Ever so slowly
The way you lick those cherry lips
Slowly,
I shudder
Pings of delight scotching my spine.

What you want,
What you need
Clear
With that look I know so well.

My heart pounds
My loins melt
Truly sexy, my lover
Lovely
My sexy love.

Am I In Denial?

Posted by Unknown at Thursday, March 01, 2012 0 comments
I have always been partial to the color blue and most days it is my color of choice. As it stands I have no favorite color but I have noticed that I tend to use that particular color a lot in my writing; blue eyes, sapphires, etc. Am I in denial? Is blue my favorite color? This deserves some serious deliberation...
Will have to get back to you guys.

LOL. I an such a nut...

Its been a rainy day. Loving it!

Until Next Time!
